Nihat Kalfazade
Founder / Managing Partner
Nihat is an architect by degree in Istanbul Technical University. Through the initial 10 years of his career he had the opportunity to work in various fields of architecture. During this term, He was involved in hotel and resort projects, a university campus project in Istanbul and several office fit-out / workspace design projects in İstanbul. His experience with Mandarin Oriental Hotels gave him the opportunity to work with different disciplines and groups across the globe while also broadening his understanding to hospitality and design. This also helped expand his understanding of managing (and appreciating) the differences in local and global for both design, development and practice. He was then employed by one of the leading office development companies in Turkey (Rönesans). Reporting directly to the CEO, He was responsible for handling all works associated with the companies Office Development business line. He achieved good knowledge in the entire process of office development; i.e. from site selection to turnkey leasing and property management. With over 10 years of experience in the field of office development, leasing and design, He has accumulated good experience in workplace design, project management, finance and legal, human resource management, project development, office leasing, tenant relationship management, contract management, negotiations and building operations. Currently He is a partner in FORIN, providing leads to all projects.

Mustafa İ. Dokuyucu
Project Manager
Mustafa was trained in Interior Design in Bilkent University, Ankara. With over 25 years of experience in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan;
Mustafa has completed several large scale projects with a lead role on both the clients’ side and the main contractors. He is well trained in all aspects of construction, planning, management, cost control, and he is well equipped with knowledge for health and safety regulations on site, local codes and fire regulations.

Serkan Ataseven
Cost and Commercial Manager
Serkan studied Urban and Regional Planning in Istanbul Technical University and then started his post graduate studies in “Real Estate Development” program. With over 20 years of experience in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan;
Serkan is well equipped in all aspects of cost management, value engineering, strategic management in construction, construction innovation, site management, surveying and procurement.

Cem yedikardeş
Technical Consultant / MEP Manager
Cem studied Mechanical Engineering in Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul and then started his post graduate studies in “Heat Process” program. With over 20 years of experience in Turkey and Kazakhstan; Cem is well trained in the construction supervision of Building Services especially in line of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Prevention in mechanical aspects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
When you partner with FORIN you will be assigned a project team who will look after you from start to finish and coordinate every aspect of the project on your behalf. We don't rest until every part of your project is finished to perfection.

Your FORIN project manager will be a key contact for you throughout the project. His aim is to keep you fully informed and in control, through open and honest communication - and they don't rest until every part of your project is finished to perfection. We expect the same commitment to professionalism, high quality work and positive team relationships from our supply chain, and our approach is to embed key suppliers into the procurement process at the earliest opportunity.
Through greater integration we are able to ensure the solutions we deliver address cost-effectiveness, quality standards and sustainability at every level of the design and build. We also save you the headache of dealing with multiple suppliers.

FITTING OUT
Every fit-out is managed by an experienced construction professional. It is their responsibility to ensure the whole fit-out process meets FORIN’s high standards of professionalism and quality. Your project manager will have extensive knowledge of the local market and approvals processes. They will also be invaluable in managing the supply chain. We will work closely with you to understand your needs and develop a detailed construction methodology, outlining at a practical level the various construction phases and how they relate to your goals for the fit-out. In brief, we consider the following requirements to be critical in planning the method statement for the project:
• An efficient logistics plan • Smooth liaison with the Landlord • A high quality workforce • A well managed site • A site specific Health & Safety policy • A clear programme objective with key milestones
A programme of works and a schedule of works will be agreed by all parties and used as the foundation tool for managing and monitoring the project.

MEP

MEP
Effective MEP (mechanical, electrical and public health) management is vitally important for every project.
Our MEP services include:

Your FORIN MEP Coordinator will ensure that all MEP work has been carried out in accordance with the relevant specifications. All sub-contractors will be required to produce detailed commissioning method statements and programmes in association with our MEP coordinator who will manage and coordinate the process. At an early stage, arrangements will be made to ensure that any required independent witnessing procedure is implemented and that the building landlord's commissioning procedures are adhered to. Throughout the maintenance period our team will make regular inspections of the completed works. Your FORIN project manager will also remain in close contact to ensure any issues that may arise during the defects liability period are dealt with speedily and efficiently. Providing excellent customer service is important to us and it's about more than delivering a great fit-out. Our commitment to you continues with post-contract support, through ongoing maintenance and care.
